EU Tour
Become a host.
Every stop on the route begins with somebody who opens a space.
Nothing on the itinerary is booked. Each stop is a conversation with the people who would host it, which is the whole point of publishing the route this early.
There are no tickets on sale for any stop, because no stop is confirmed. What exists is a route, a date that is still moveable, and an open question about who opens the space.
What a Tour host holds
The same as any HeartString evening, with one difference: the date has to fit the route.
- A spaceSomewhere appropriate and comfortable, with seating and accessibility considered, and access for setup before guests arrive.
- Local welcomeInvitations and local promotion, someone on the door, and simple hospitality on the night.
- A place to stayJorn arrives the day before so the space and sound can be properly prepared, and stays the night after. A spare bedroom with the organiser or a friend is the natural arrangement; if that is not possible, an accommodation-and-meals contribution can be discussed.
- The dateYour stop has a planned date on the route. It is still moveable — that conversation is part of confirming it.
HeartString brings the music, the instruments, the artistic format, and agreed technical and production support.
Open a space on the route
The host form is the Organizer journey, opened on its Tour question — your answers carry through to the same inquiry, so nothing is asked twice.
