HeartString

For Organizers

A HeartString evening begins with someone who wants to bring people together.

You do not need to be an event producer. You need a space, a reason to gather and people you want to invite.

One person offers a space. One invitation gathers people. Each gathering connects the people and the place it happens in — and where a Tour host says yes, those gatherings connect to each other, across Europe. What you shape below becomes the evening.

Possible dates

A preferred date, and a fallback if that one does not work. Both stay editable and carry into your summary below.

Pick your format

Listen. Sing. Receive. Move.

If you are not sure, choose later — the right form can be decided together.

Sound

What we bring, or what you already have.

Team

Who you are coordinating with.

How we work together

This is supported co-creation, not a checklist handed over and left. We prepare alongside you, so the practical side never gets in the way of the evening itself.

Careful preparation. Clear agreements. Space around the sound. No promised transformation. The form changes; the standard does not.

What the host or venue holds

  • An appropriate and comfortable space, with seating and accessibility
  • An artist area, lighting and power
  • Access for setup before guests arrive
  • Local welcome, invitations and promotion

What HeartString brings

  • The music, instruments and the chosen artistic format
  • Sound guidance
  • Ticketing guidance
  • Technical production guidance
  • Logistics guidance

Hospitality

  • Jorn arrives the day before, so the space and sound can be properly prepared, and stays the night after
  • A spare bedroom with the organiser or a friend covers this first
  • Where that is not possible, an accommodation-and-meals contribution can be discussed

Volunteering hands

Volunteers the host may recruit — not a separate responsibility:

  • A camera operator
  • Ticket-scanning assistance
  • Basic snacks and water, or an invitation to a potluck with someone coordinating it

Pay It Forward

A gifted seat can become part of your invitation and your ticket communication. Receiving a seat is unconditional: it is an invitation, never an obligation.

Host the EU Tour, or a standalone evening

Every stop on the route begins with somebody who opens a space. Nothing on the itinerary is booked yet — each stop is still a conversation with the people who would host it. If your town is not on the route, it can be.

Let’s get connected.

No price is assumed here. We will reply with the format, practical requirements and a clear agreement.

For organisations

Sound brings silence. In silence, space emerges. In space, capacity grows.

A HeartString organisational space creates a deliberate interval between continuous input and immediate response. It can support attention, listening and connection without asking participants to adopt a belief or perform a particular state.

Nothing is treated and nothing is promised.
